ReplyDeleteFrank does fairly good work but doesn't finish the job. We had work commissioned Oct. 2013 to be completed in spring (May 2014) . However, Frank will not show up as promised to complete the work. He promises to show up and doesn't. Frank has been paid in full and is not honoring his committment. Other avenues are being considered. Relatively unhappy customer.
